Cecil College is committed to creating a safe, supportive learning environment for all members of the campus community. It is our goal to provide a central location where members of our community can report behaviors of concern whether it's related to safety, misconduct, or a student’s well-being. Please visit cecil.edu/report to file a report. Each report is routed to College personnel for further action or investigation. You may be contacted again for additional information as needed.

If the situation is an emergency or if someone is in danger, please call 911. If a situation warrants immediate attention, but is not a life-threatening emergency, please call Public Safety: for the North East Campus, call (410) 287-1601, and for Elkton Station, call (410) 287-1602.
