Mask/Distancing Protocols

For the health and safety of our community, Cecil College requires that face masks covering the nose and mouth be worn indoors on all campuses. Guests are required to socially distance 6' from non-household members when indoors and recommended to mask outdoors if unable to socially distance, regardless of vaccination status.

For more information, please visit cecil.edu/coronavirus.

Quarantine: Updated COVID Quarantine Recommendations and Processes for Students

Cecil College continues to follow the CDC and Cecil County’s Health Officer’s COVID-19 recommendations. Due to Cecil County’s high COVID-19 transmission rate, if you have been in close contact (within 6 feet of someone for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period, regardless of your vaccination status) with someone who has COVID-19, please quarantine, and do not come to campus for 10 days.

Please refer the checklist at cecil.edu/coronavirus if you have been exposed to COVID-19 in a situation that is defined as a close contact above.
