The College's North East Campus will be open from 9 am to noon every Saturday in January, as well as the first Saturday in February. During these times, the following offices will be open and available to students: Admissions, Advising, Cashier, Financial Aid, and Records & Registration.

Your MyCecil logon information provides access to:

  • Blackboard
  • Library databases
  • Classroom and Lab computers
Forgot your password?  Remember - your password for MyCecil logon is the same password you use to logon to any student computer.

  •  Your password is case sensitive.
  • Passwords must be at least 7 characters (an upper and lower case letter, a number and a special character)
  • 5 failed logon attempts will lock your account.  After 15 minutes your account will be unlocked and you may try to logon again.

Wireless access is located in various places throughout the College:

  • Building C, Arts & Science Building-1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors
  • Building D, Technology Center-1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors
  • Building G, Engineering & Math Building-1st, 2nd, 3rd floors
  • Elkton Station-1st, 2nd, 3rd floors


  • Mon - Fri  7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
  • No Sunday or holiday hours
