    Description

    Semester Offered: Spring Only
    Integrated Arts introduces students to the areas of dance, literary arts, music, theatre, and the visual arts. Students will learn the knowledge and skills of each art form and how these disciplines can be integrated into classroom instruction. Consideration is given to the current research and influences of arts education. This experience will enhance self-expression and foster a better understanding of the role that the arts play in teaching and learning. This course meets the integrated arts requirements of the Maryland State Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT). 3 Credits.
    Pre-requisites: EDU 101 or EDU 131
