The Inclusivity Collaborative is committed to a just, equitable, and diverse community at Cecil College. We believe in empowering each individual to achieve their full potential, supporting underrepresented members of the campus community, fostering accountability to equitable practices, facilitating conversations across worldviews, and building connections with the surrounding community.
We commit to fostering an open dialogue about the barriers to equality and inclusion affecting our society; bringing new ideas and views into our collective conversation; seeking out and responding to diverse voices; and championing systemic change in policies, standards and initiatives that further inclusivity on our campus and in our community.
