• Vendor set-up times: Friday, January 19, Noon — 5:30 PM and Saturday, January 20, 7:00 AM — 8:30 AM (if needed). Vendors may unload their materials in the bus lane at the front of the building. Please move vehicle to parking lot immediately so as not to block the drop off area. Vendors may park in the parking lot for the event.
• In the event of a weather delay, vendors will be informed asap with latest updates.
• Snow dates are January 26 and 27. Set-up would follow same schedule Friday, January 26, Noon — 5:30 PM and Saturday, January 27, 7:00 AM — 8:30 AM (if needed). Vendors may unload their materials in the bus lane at the front of the building. Please move vehicle to parking lot immediately so as not to block the drop off area. Vendors may park in the parking lot for the event.
• The Exhibit Halls are located on the first floor in the theater, throughout the lobby, including ES 109, the entire 2nd floor hallways, plus ES 216, and the 3rd floor hallways. There are conference rooms available for private services/readings also.
• Vendors must supply their own tablecloths, extension cords and/or power strips (if needed).
• Vendor packets include blank name tags for the entire event, an event program, a building
map, and a festival evaluation. Vendor packets will be placed on tables prior to arrival.
• Presenters must save PowerPoint presentations on flash drives. Please send a copy to Tammy Rapposelli as a backup.
• Presenter packets will be ready for pick-up in the lobby on Saturday. The packet includes, a blank name tag, a blank attendance sheet, evaluations for the attendees, any requested handouts, an event program, a building map, and a presenter evaluation.
• Food, snacks, wine, and other beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event from the catering kitchen located on the first floor. Check the building map provided in your vendor packet for exact location.
• All Exhibit Halls will remain open throughout the event. If you need someone to cover your booth while presenting a breakout session, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
• If you plan on selling products or services during the festival, please provide a copy of your valid business license with your completed contract.
