Description

Semester Offered: Spring Only
Painting II (H) is a studio course concerned with the further development of compositional organization, technical skills, and color usage. Emphasis is on individualized approaches to painting and personal exploration with reference to past and contemporary artists. Students are encouraged to experiment with combinations of media and techniques for exploration in representational, abstract, and non-objective work. This course is intended for the student with previous painting experience. 3 credits
