Cecil College On-Site and Dual Enrollment with CCPS High Schools

The On-Site program enrolls Cecil County Public High School students in grades 11th-12th to complete Cecil College courses at their high schools. All 5 CCPS schools participate in the program (Bo Manor, Elkton, North East, Perryville, and Rising Sun). All other high school students such as, homeschool, private school, out of state, or other Maryland county students can complete the general application to become a dual enrolled student.

Dual Enrollment students from Cecil County Public High Schools enroll in courses at Cecil College after approval from their high school counselor. All 5 CCPS schools participate in the program (Bo Manor, Elkton, North East, Perryville, and Rising Sun). All other high school students such as, homeschool, private school, out of state, or other Maryland county students can complete the general application to become a dual enrolled student.

Successful students will earn college credits from Cecil College. On-Site students are not required to provide their high school transcript or take Cecil College’s skills assessments while taking college courses at the high school. Dual Enrollment students are required to provide their high school transcripts or take Cecil College’s skills assessments before enrolling in courses at Cecil College.

Once a student is approved by their high school counselor, they will complete the Cecil College CCPS High School Dual Enrollment Admissions Application (below).
After completing the application, it will be sent to Cecil College’s Admissions Office for processing. Students will receive an email with their acceptance letter/next steps attached.
