Cecil College supports a campus and larger community that is inclusive of a diversity of people, thoughts and practices. We are a committed home to a community of learners who strive to broaden their knowledge of how similarities and differences in the world can advance and not stall humanity. Cecil College continues to assess and develop resources to increase opportunities and reduce the barriers for people of color and other minority groups. Seahawk pride is based on mutual respect. There is no place for hate on our campuses.
—Dr. Mary Way Bolt, President, Cecil College

The College has completed a comprehensive Campus Master Plan.  The role of the campus master plan is to provide a long-term plan that supports the role, vision, mission and academic plan of the College.  It establishes a framework for identifying opportunities where the College can focus resources to meet future demands on its facilities and land resources.  All facets of the college community were included in the planning process.
