Starting Spring 2026, currently registered credit students will be issued a digital ID card!
The digital id app is easy to install and you’ll be able to take your own photo for the ID. You can take a photo using your mobile device’s camera; or you can upload a photo. Note, the photograph that you choose for your digital ID must be an accurate representation of your regular appearance, and it must not utilize filters.
Rules for your photo:
- Clear, forward-facing color photo
- Taken from the shoulders up
- Head and neck centered in the frame
- Solid, light-colored background
- No sunglasses or hats
- File submitted in .jpg format
How can you get your digital id?
You were sent an email invitation to your Chawk student email address from Digital ID Card App (invite@id123.io) within 24-48 hours of credit registration (not including weekends or holidays the college is closed). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
An invitation by email is the only way that you can install the digital id app. If you are unable to locate the invitation, contact the Help Desk.

A smart phone is required for the digital ID. If you do not possess a smart phone, please contact: Duplication.
Students who need a physical ID for off site purposes (ex. clinical, etc.) will be given a printed ID within the first week of classes.
