 The Help Desk can assist you with the following:
  • Blackboard - logging onto (including password resets) and using the system
  • Cecil Email (College email) - logging onto (including password resets) and the basics of using the system
  • MyCecil - assistance with any technical issues and support for resolution during normal business hours

  • Saturday 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. 
  • No Sunday or holiday hours

Forgot your password?  Remember - your password for MyCecil logon is the same password you use to logon to any student computer.
  • Your password is case sensitive.
  • Five failed logon attempts will lock your account.  After 15 minutes your account will be unlocked and you may try to logon again.
